They were very good. Regarding the storage i want them to call me or send me a email they have yet to do so.

The professionalism, courtesy, and respect of us and the property. The coordinator, loaders, and packer were fabulous. My wife and I were very pleased. It was a joint effort between the local agents crew and the movers. Everyone was professional. They deserve a raise. I am so pleased with the service. Our items are in storage and were not delivered.

I felt confortable with the driver and the helpers. I had trust with them right away because of their reputation. I had trust with them moving my things across the country. They were good guys.

The driver and crew did everything they said they were going to do. They took care of everything and they were very polite.

The movers did everything said. They were easy to work with and the communication was great. The interactions with them was great as well.

There was good cust serv I received from the rep that came to my home. She made a visit to my home during the packing and loading to make sure everything was done well.

The professionalism from every aspect. I like how coordinated it was, helpful, considerate, and polite. The agent's estimate was very close, I was surprised. I was very satisfied. There were things that I was leaving that got packed and things that got left that I wanted packed.

From the beginning of the process, loading, and communication throughout the entire process was very good. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

The whole process was great. I liked how Allied took the time to come out to do a walk through with me & gave me some pointers.

I was very satisfied with our coordinator overall. I was also satisfied with the crew who picked up and delivered.

They seemed to care about my stuff. They wrapped it very carefully. They treated it well. I don't know how to use Facebook.

The communication, the way they treated my home, how objects were being handled. The loading and delivering. All of it was exceptional. Eric was great. They arrived in a timely fashion, earlier than expected. 80% of the move is completed I'm waiting for the rest of my stuff that will arrive in 3-4 weeks.

The timeliness and how well everything was packed and they were so professional. Bruce the driver was fabulous.

The driver in particular was very good and personable. The driver went out of his way to help us. The driver really did it for us. This is what influenced my rating of a '10'.

This is my second time using them and I am satisfied. My first time, they were great and this second time, I just called them and did not look for anyone else.

They were just from the beginning to the end very great. Everything went really smooth and every single person involved was great. I was very satis.

The professionalism and they followed through as promised. They del it to storage and I can't attest to any breakage. I will assume there was not any but I do not know. I needed some items to be kept aside and not to go into storage, He kept them separated.

I was pretty much satisfied. I thought they would have let me know a little sooner when it would be here. They were a little slow on del date.

I would recommend them highly. I liked the way they presented themselves. They were very helpful and knew what they were doing.

The movers did everything they said they would do. Eileen, the person who gave us the estimate, was excellent.

Overall everyone was nice, able to work, worked hard, and was good overall. Everyone was good, hardworking, nice, polite, and did an excellent job.

The communication was good and they were careful and hardworking and helpful. The contracted group had to be dismissed they were breaking thing and another group came and this was a big deal b/c it delayed the process for about 2 days.

It was the driver's performance, the packers, loading and care of my belonginges. They made sure everything was okay and check the inventory. It was a good experience.

The crew was extremely professional and pleasant in every aspect of the move. They took care of my special request very efficiently and professionally.

Everything that was done was very professional, the courtesy shown to my wife & I was extraordinary. They moved stuff into my new home w/not a single bump in the wall. Everything was just great. They were great.

They couldn't have done a better job. Every single person did way above and beyond getting this done. I would recommend this to anyone. They could not have done a better job, they were fabulous.

It was a professional move, and the only issue was the two missing boxes found later. Two boxes were missing when delivered to my final destination but were found. I do not blame the movers.

I contacted the agent. He came to my house and estimated a price right away. I asked them what time and everything's good. It took 10 days. I feel like it was too long.

Allied approached everything in a professional manner and they gave us options when planning the move. They gave us options for packing and delivery.

The delivery team and Allied were very good with communicating. The delivery team did a great job & I'm very pleased with them.

The rep. that visited my home was helpful. At times, I would ask questions she knew the answers. She was really good.

The people that I worked with. Working with Dorian to schedule it was wonderful. She kept working even when she was sick and in the hospital. I was very happy with the whole deal.

They really took care of me and I Live in a high rise and the 18 wheeler was not allowed on the property and the driver had to park on the road and he was fine with that and he also had to walk far.

The service from Allied was very easy and straight forward. The movers were very careful and they did a good job.

The driver was willing to work with me. I had a few items that were put into storage instead of being delivered to me now I have to wait 2 months to get those items.

THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE DELIVERY TEAM AND THE COURTESY OF THE DRIVER AND HIS TEAM. THE TEAM WAS FANTASTIC.

The experience was good. Everything was positive. They did everything that they could to make this move smooth & easy. It was stress free. The move was amazing. The move was fantastic & seamless. They were very caring. Everything came off of the truck intact. I would look for this driver & crew for any future move.

They were helpful and quick. They did everything and they were friendly. I got lucky with the movers. The driver and crew was great. The driver was like a magician. I was unable to be contacted but they tried.

Moving is a stressful event but the crew was very careful w/ my furniture. They wrapped it w/ quilts and was careful w/ my mirrors. They were just careful. The crew was very friendly, kind, and very funny. They were very strong. I couldn't ask for better service and was very happy about everything. They didn't steal anything and they were careful.

The driver and his crew was awesome. I had their personal cell number and we kept in contact. They were very prompt and came 15 minutes early. They were just delightful.

The communication with the main company. There was a party that was supposed to be going on and the driver delivered the goods in the morning b/f that time. It was excellent from beginning to the end.

Everybody was courteous, took good care of things, furniture was wrapped, moved from military, & never had a move like this & where I've never had items stolen. I would give drive & crew a 10. Packer made a box for a model ship, a special request, it fit perfectly.

The driver & his crew was really good & efficient. Our office desk was pretty scratched up from the move. They wrapped it in plastic wrap.

The driver & the crew were wonderful. They were in the house w/my wife alone. They were very comforting to work with. The driver & crew were nice people.

I moved a lot in my life. This was the best move. The crew was fantastic and never complained about anything. The coordinator didn't communicate the arrival of the truck for loading. I had to call. The driver was efficient and the crew protected my home with mats. They acted like they liked their job and never complained about going up stairs. Johnny and his helper were great. Allied is lucky.

The driver, Chris Casasanta, and his helpers Ray and Chris were amazing, The estimator, Dennis Piedra, was wonderful I already recommended him to some friends. Wendy and the other packers forgot to pack three of our items, one being a tobacco basket and they told me they couldn't get a box for that, but the driver was kind enough to take it with him.

I think the overall professionalism from the agent and driver was great. I move cross country a lot and the driver was the best I ever had. I am definitely asking for the driver next time. What if someone doesn't have a twitter or facebook page? So they don't have a chance to get the gift card? That's not nice.

I just like the whole process. They contacted us, they gave an estimate, they did what they said they would, and they didn't break anything.

The main driver took care of things for packing and loading. It felt good only having one source of contact.

The women who coordinated my move, and the driver. They were very good in communication and made sure that I was updated about what was going on. I have not been able to see all my things.

B/c the person I had the most contact with she notified me of things. She was dealing with too many things at once. There should be more people helping her.

The punctual service. The driver was phenomenal, personable & aware it was a big move. The driver was good with my daughter. The loading and unloading crew was early.

I most impressed with the delivery. The driver had challenges b/c we live in the country. They were courteous, quick and professional.

They came on the designated date and were early. I was very satisfied with the whole move. The ppl who came were very polite and efficient. Everything was done better than I expected. They were much more careful about wrapping and packing.

The customer care. You totally saved us. You just made it happen. Jason is with Prestige who is with Allied, he made this happen. We called last minute to load and drive to NC. It would be nice to know what is going on at the destination. It was an unorthodox move. I would like better tracking of belongings. Allied is great.

The move went as expected. There was a miscommunication regarding packing. They said I was supposed to be done and I needed them to pack some items. Some calls had to be made which added to an already stressful situation.

The price. I think if I did this again I think I can find lower price. There was a weight ticket I'm not sure where it is. In order for me to get reimbursed I would have to have the weight ticket. They never mentioned anything.

Having to put it into two trucks. I had to be packed in two trucks. The first truck arrived but the I'm still waiting for the second truck. That's a little disappointing.

Everyone was professional, caring & understanding. They took extreme care with our goods & the interior of the house we were moving from & the house where they unloaded our goods. We were informed.

Everything was professional, on time, and the communication was good. Allied could shorten the delivery day that would make it more convenient.

The deliver and crew arrived on time, packed up everything, and everything was delivered in one piece.

Just the way things were handled, and how smoothly everything went. We had one little thing.. They had to bring a second truck b/c of my driveway and what we had. They could not bring a big truck. They had to bring another smaller truck, and then they needed another.

The driver, Bob, was really good and Kathy, the coordinator, bent over backwards, was very good and made sure I had everything I needed.

Everything went exactly how I hoped it would. They showed up when they said the would on both ends. They called to confirm the delivery. I was completely satisfied.

I rated a ten because of the driver. He was the most professional and compassionate. He was compassionate with my Mother, it was her things being moved. Tom is his name. He is a jewel.

The overall satisfaction. The driver should have called before they showed up but other than that everything was good.

The quote was a thousand dollars lower than United and the payment method was easy. They packed the fragile items for us. I requested a different day due to street maintenance but the driver wanted to deliver early so it worked out well.

Even though I worked through Allied, my main mover was through Michigan and I worked with him directly.

The service was everything I would expect. I was satisfied with how considerate and how they kept on their promises.

Basically the care that they showed on all of our house hold goods and the courtesy. They could not have been a nicer crew. They did some assembling for us during the unloading and it was excellent. Colt did the assembling of a dining room table and bed, he did a wonderful job and showed a lot of care with it.

Allied exceeded all my needs from beginning to end. They moved my good as if they were moving their own. The communication was good every step of the way. I was treated like I was a big corporation.

Allied handled the move extremely well. This is our 2nd move. I'll be using Allied again in about 3 months. The driver and crew packed the furniture.

All of the steps leading up to and including the whole situation, the initial person who I was in contact with, the whole experience from the beginning until the end was a 10.

Everything went perfect. No reason not to recommend. It went smooth and I had no issues w/ anything. It was more stress free on my part.

The communication by the dispatcher and driver was very good and thorough. They kept me informed about the status.

It was a good crew and they took a lot of care with my things. They were on time and very pleasant to be around. They did a good job.

The communication has been great. They personally took care of everything. There hasn't been a del yet. My goods were taken to a warehouse instead.

My personal contact w/ driver & his assistant, was very efficient & courteous & I was surprised that they were such nice people to deal w/ & made sure my moms stuff was delivered at the other end. The driver & crew treated my mom well.

Dave was terrific. He helped us on a local move which is why we used him on the long distance move. He and his coworkers.

They did an overall good job, everyone was efficient. We had a situation with the top of the truck, it flew off. They did a good job of communicating with everyone.

There were no issues. The only thing that was surprising was they said they would arrive for sure on the 3rd but they came before the 3rd.

Overall I cannot find any fault with anything that Allied did. The driver was extremely polite and my son in law took the packages when he got there. He told me the guy could not have been any better, and that he did an excellent job.

The overall care and the people were very professional. Allied did a great job when packing and unpacking my items.

The great work they did from beginning to end. I could not tell what was in what box, all were the same. I would recommend Rebi out of Chicago.

The care of everything and the driver's being extremely helpful influenced my rating. This is my 24th move, and this is the best move that I've ever had.

They do what they say they are going to do. The srvc was timely. The communication was good. The driver was nice. They put down a covering over the carpet to keep it clean. They are a solid company.

They were just great from start to finish, especially Chris, who was our 1st contact. He was absolutely wonderful. He didn't know that we didn't have texting so it was under unusual circumstances. They came through a snow storm and it was just terrible. I was worried about them.

The whole experience was a positive one, they were very professional & courteous. The gentleman that helped peter unpack was Egan, he was wonderful. Everyone we came in contact with was wonderful. Ryan was fantastic. The drivers were a wonder, the 2 young men who helped the driver was amazing. I appreciated everything they did.

This is the 2nd Allied move, everything has been excellent, on time, friendly and they take care of anything. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I have moved 7-8 times in my career, this was the single best move I have ever had. The driver and crew couldn't have done a better job.
