This is based on the care shown to me and my property. The crew maintained a positive attitude during the hot weather, and they had positive attitudes in representing Allied. This was the best crew that I've ever had, in terms of professionalism, empathy, and kindness. The crew walked through the property after they finished to ensure everything was done.

They got everything. Didn't break anything, fast & friendly. While loading the crew scratched the walls. I asked to be called when the driver arrived to load & was ready to leave & they did neither.

The professionalism of the local agent and it was a very fair price. Everyone is really professional.

They were fast courteous and very polite. They got everything out and back in to where I was going. The delivery team was very nice, courteous and fast.

I was most influenced on how they wrapped every single item. Everything that was moved was antique and they wrapped it careful with tons of care.

I think the overall experience and customer service. The flexibility in accommodating the special request and unique aspects of my move.

My wife did some calling and she made the decision based on what she was told. The were professional with their work and did everything they were supposed to do.

The things that were not communicated or misunderstood. Overall it was a great move. I spoke w/ the person who came to the house. They told me I could pack the dresser. They took the drawers out and that was not what I was told.

Did a great job. the driver was very good and his assistants. Very pleasant and caring about what I had.

The overall experience. The way they performed and the way the materials arrived in good shape. The delivery address was a difficult address for the truck. They had to rent a U-Haul truck and shuttle the delivery over here. I felt that should've been sorted ahead of time.

The Allied crew worked together and any special requests that I had were done and we think they did a really good job.

They came in and told us everything they were going to do before doing it. I was able to contact them and if I couldn't they would reach me. The driver was also helpful and nice. I don't know where my good lamp is but other than that everything is fine.

The timeframe for the loading and the delivery. The loading was two days late but everything worked out.

The price. I think if I did this again I think I can find lower price. There was a weight ticket I'm not sure where it is. In order for me to get reimbursed I would have to have the weight ticket. They never mentioned anything.

They were so good & the estimate was very close to what it was. We knew everything they were doing and what to expect. I'll recommend a friend or anyone to Allied Everything was great. Allied helped with my move, thank you very much.

It was a good crew and they took a lot of care with my things. They were on time and very pleasant to be around. They did a good job.

I liked the company communication with the agent and the drivers were fantastic. Very friendly, accommodating and made me feel comfortable that they are taking all your belongings.

I was satis with the entire team, they were helpful, the communication was good and they took good care of our items. It was a smooth move.

Every contact was informative. Everything was done as promised. Everything went smoothly. I thought it was a complicated event that was handled expertly.

For the most part they did what they said they would do. The ppl involved were extremely courteous and customer service oriented. One of the requests was not followed through. I haven't completed unpacking.

The head driver was great and he did a very good job supervising the men who was working for him. I packed some stuff and they did the rest. I brought more clothes than I did furniture. The furniture they packaged themselves.

I have used them a couple of times already. I used them on the move from Canada. That was a stress free move. They took care of things well. The move was awesome. I have used them b/f & will continue to do so in the future. The moving crew was awesome too.

The crew did a outstanding job and I was amazed as to how quickly it went, they were very careful and nice, you would want them as your neighbors.

The fact that Allied was willing to work with me. Overall, I was very happy with Allied and the local agents crew. I hadn't finished looking through the house and I had all of this stuff. I think it was good and I haven't finished unpacking but everything seems to be in good shape.

The gentleman who 1st contacted us was nice and informative. The movers were very nice, helpful and informative and seemed to care about my stuff. They were supposed to take some things to my son's house and they did.

I have used them twice and I like the overall the way things are handled. I have not finished unpacking yet.

My mother told me the driver/crew was great, they were careful with packing, and they made sure nothing was scratched. The delivery went smoothly and the driver/crew was on time.

The overall professionalism, communication and the follow through. They did an excellent job on the items that they did pack. They were all very professional with us and with each other. We were satisfied.

Basically the entire process. The Allied agent contacting me w/ the dates. And the crew, the driver's name was Lou, and the crew, Mike, Kenny and Nate, they were amazing actually.

The driver and the packers were very helpful and it is kind of hard for me and my husband to get around and because the driver went the extra I was able to pick the bedroom my bed would fit into.

The crew and the follow through. Everyone contacted me and they explained everything and went through everything with me as they packed. It was a great experience.

The care they took with my stuff. The move was based on weight I was not shown the weight, have no way to verify.

They made this move easy for me. I moved from IN to New Orleans. They handled the packing & things that needed to be shipped. Since I will be moving often, I know I can rely on this moving company.

The move consultant was awesome. He explained everything to my satisfaction and more. Also, the packing team packed everything. We had some stuff left at the apartment. It took almost two weeks for them to come back and pick up everything. A lot of miscommunication.

The driver stayed in contact with me throughout the trip and he packed our furniture with special caution. The driver and the crew delivered to the storage area and the apartment.

The driver most influenced my rating. The driver was professional and communicated with us. We always knew where our belongings were at all times.

My overall satisfaction of the job. They showed up on time and took special care with my things. When they unloaded some of the stuff to put my desk together there was a missing glass shelf. Also a small travel bag was missing.

The move was limited to 1 truck & 1 driver. The driver & crew was the 2 nicest men. Very polite & went out of their way.

This is the second time I used allied. They are very professional and I never had any problems with them. I would recommend them just because of the satis. I had marble moved with no issues.

The ppl who packed my good left things behind. After everything was loaded, it turns out the crew forgot to pack things from my attic. They were supposed to separate boxes, so I'm missing some goods.

How courteous the driver and crew were. They put the furniture were I wanted it. They arrange things for me. They did a great job.

The entire experience from start to finish was great. Everything went smoothly. I was told that the crew would be here 8-2pm and they got here at 8:30. I couldn't have been more satis.

The people were very helpful. The driver and his crew was nice and exceptional. There was one little smudge on the wall, besides that everything was perfect. This was because a piano we've had for 60+ years was not able to be taken to the second floor. They couldn't get my piano on the second floor.

The communication, the crew kept in contact with me. Their quality of work was good. They delivered the majority of my items with care.

The hansom brothers; they really worked hard to accommodate. The floor lamp was stacked on the top of the boxes and began to fall; before it did the delivery guy caught it. He got a nasty gash from doing this and I felt really bad about it.

The overall process from arranging the move for pick up to delivery went smoothly, everyone was easy to work with and very cooperative.

Allied Van lines handled things very professionally they were kind and thoughtful. And they also did a great job.

I liked it that the driver took control of the loaders and unloaders. If the driver didn't like what the loaders or the unloaders were doing, the driver took charge. The driver and team was polite.

There was good follow-up, I was able to reach someone during the weekend, and everything was done as promised.

I used Allied before in past in Columbus and they were wonderful. Everything came in perfect condition without a scratch. Allied kept me informed all the way through.

I thought in terms of the price and quality of the move. I was satisfied with one of the crew members but not the other one.

This was a cross country move and the first time that I've done this myself, everyone was extremely professional and they answered all of my questions.

The overall process was smooth. The driver, loader and crew were great. The communication was great and and the packing was great. The crew needs to be more descriptive while packing.

The service, communication, and attention to detail, It was not clear that there had to be a smaller truck to load the things. It also had to be hand carried from the apt truck on both ends. We had an issue with one of the cabinets closing properly.

I was happy with how things were explained to me professionally and everyone we dealt with was very professional and when the said they would call me they did. I would suggest that they ask the customer how they would like the boxes labeled.

The communication was excellent & I was treated very well. The movers were careful with moving my belongings out of my home. I have 2 sons & they are going to call Allied for their move.

This was our 1st professional move. The sales agent told us about surveys like this one. The move was incredible. They came early. They were kind, considerate & friendly. I would use them again.

Allied didn't unpack one of my dressers. I had a great sales experience but there was little communication. I had to do most of it myself instead of the coordinator. The team didn't unpack one of the dress drawer behind.

They were loading two storage units not our home. We packed but they pointed out a few things that they thought wasn't packed appropriate enough so they packed them over for us.

My driver Christopher was fabulous, super nice and explained the whole process. He did all the follow ups as far as keep me informed with the progress, from the beginning to end he was great.

The move went smoothly. I did not have any problems. My load was under the weight that was given. I was told that I would get a refund. The refund takes up to 6 weeks.

The coordinator was professional, provided good communication, and helped me fill out the forms. The coordinator also kept me updated on what was going on. The driver and local agents were great.

I have recommended Allied Van Lines. The professionalism and the person who came to see me influenced my rating. The move coordinator gave me a realistic estimate. They removed a queen-sized bed and a sofa from the second story of my residence through a picture window with no trouble.

I moved with them before and both times there was excellent communication. They were also very flexible with my needs.
