The professionalism sales person that came to my home she was very good with her follow up when I had questions.

I think that the estimator was very conscientious and did a great job. The packers were terrific. The actual movers were great and the driver was outstanding.

I have used them before and it was more convenient to have someone load and unload opposed to renting a truck from Uhaul. The pricing was fair.

It depends on the locality, if it was the same people I would say 10 but there's an Allied everywhere.

The overall experience. There were really no hassles. I thought the cost was fair. Everything was explained to us in terms of what to expect. I think the delivery was exceeding expectations.

Everything went smoothly. Everybody was nice. It was an easy move. All of these aspects of the move influenced my rating.

I loved the crew they were efficient, on time, and when I tried to help they said no assistance was needed.

It was excellent packing & transportation. Allied took special care over making the move very easy and smooth.

There was very little to no communication. I had to initiate communication. I confirmed dates. The estimater estimated lower than what was the actual rate, so we had to scramble to make the payment. The only contact I had with anyone throughout the move was with the driver. Also, the estimator misestimated what needed to be done. I will never go through the storage process again.

The service, care, and handling of my household goods influenced my rating. The rep gave us boxes and I was told to call and Allied would come pick up the boxes. The rep said when I called that it would be a $150.00 charge which I was not informed of.

The driver and crew was very friendly, pleasant, they simply enjoyed their job, you don't see that enough now a days. You guys did a really good job. The movers were gentlemen as well.

The promptness and quickness of the loading and unloading. I may have a claim but It may be a part of the deductible. It was a dvd player.

The driver was very careful with all of my goods, informed me of his arrival time, and showed up promptly.

I think the overall experience and customer service. The flexibility in accommodating the special request and unique aspects of my move.

Every interaction that I've had has been perfect. They have been responsive and I have never had 1 issue.

The crew arriving on time and taking great care with my items. The coordinator was great. The rep who came to my house helped sort out some issues was also great.

The fact that I haven't unpacked my boxes , and there is a missing shelf. We are missing a shelf, and they delivered something that belonged to somebody else.

The overall professionalism and the care of my stuff, they were very prompt as well. This is our second time using them we are repeat customers.

Iwas a spur of the moment scheduler of my phone. They coordinated my move and got it done. They pleasant, answered my questions and were polite. Marywas so helpful.

I really liked the 3 day delivery window and I found Cindy was awesome with packing and Jeremy and Victoria was awesome as well. Brian was thorough and the whole process was impressive, easy, smooth.

It has been a great experience. I wouldn't recommend anybody else. Sarah out of north Charleston re-scheduled so that I could leave earlier when it was most critical. I cannot put a value on that, we had nothing but pleasant experiences.

I gave that rating because Judy, the person responsible for the move, called me to let me know what was going on and James, the driver and his crew went above and beyond to make me happy.

Everything that was done from the beginning that I called Allied to the time that it was delivered, I have nothing to complain about. Everything was wonderful.

The crew was very friendly and asked if there is anything else I needed. The crew on both ends was great. The crew did extra things for me.

They had a good rating on the internet & they were rated as one of the best moving companies & their price was most competitive.

Everything went smoothly with the move. I had a personal connection w/everyone involved w/the move. They understood me and I understood them.

The driver, Alan was fabulous. He was very easy to work with and super efficient. The crew was absolutely excellent. Everyone went over the top to help me. They get gold stars.

I rated a ten b/c of the overall from start to finish. From the first contact to the driver's excellent service and accommodating my quick delivery date needed. I live in a remote area and only the driver and I unloaded. There wasn't a crew on the del. I give the driver excellent marks for all of his help and for the excellent customer service.

The overall positive experience. The only thing I might do differently is maybe have the unloaders take more care in delivering the boxes to the correct room.

Everything was very smooth. We didn't have any issues. It seemed like they were very knowledgeable. They were very organized. We had never moved before. Everything was good.

They were very helpful, caring and delivered within the given time frame. The crews were very nice and I like the company.

They were nice. The driver was really nice. They lost 1 chair. They promised us that an agent would come back to put things together. But that never happened. The driver was really nice.

They were so friendly towards me and we had alot of contact. The communication was great and they listened to my needs.

They were all excellent and everything went as it should have. There was two different crews for two days.

I rated a seven because I was satisfied with 70% of it. I didn't like having an uncertain delivery date. Weather conditions might have been the reason. One box had a blade sticking out and I was cut. That is why I rated packing a one. All the other boxes were fine.

The personality of the guys, they took care of everything, care the current condition of the house and the packing job.

I was really pleased that my stuff arrived when they said it would. I was also pleased with the communication from the driver as well as the coordinator Tracy, she was good with communication as well.

Everything was very smooth. They took care of everything. It was totally satisfactory. We didn't have to worry about anything.

We had checked w/another line & Allied prices were better. Nothing went wrong. Austin and Dean went over and above to do their job and went the extra mile.

Allied was wonderful. The overall move was effortless. The coordinator called to make sure everything was fine. The driver and crew were super. Jeff and Debbie did a good job.

I felt the local moving company could've been better about communicating the dates to me. The guys that came to do the packing I thought they used too many boxes. The local guys complained a lot. I wasn't worried about the items being secure. Everything was packed safely, but they used more boxes than they needed too. I feel like they were trying to make money.

The overall experience from the initial agent who was good and professional to the driver who had some issues. The driver should've spent more time ensuring proper care, that would've helped.

Everybody that I spoke to was very polite and professional. Also they did what they said they would do. Thank you Allied.

I asked the driver to unpack the TV and he said he did not have time for that and it would only have taken them 2 minutes or 5 minutes at the most to do that.

I have used Allied 4-5 times and each time I have had an extremely positive attitude. Everyone that ask I would recommend.

The driver was really nice. The ppl worked very hard. They were easy to work with. Put thing where we wanted them. They took care of my things.

This crew was amazing. They were courteous, helpful, and did a great job. I have moved several times and this was the best experience I have ever had. From top to bottom.

The people that I worked with. Working with Dorian to schedule it was wonderful. She kept working even when she was sick and in the hospital. I was very happy with the whole deal.

They were incredibly dependable. They listened to the concerns I had and paid attention to the things I wanted them to.

I was a local moving company and I don't know how the situation would have been if it was a longer distance.

The driver was really great and very helpful and professional. Merrill was all around great friendly w/a pleasant attitude. I would ask for him personally again if I was going to move again.

Everybody was very professional, there were no mistakes and the did everything they said they would do in a timely manner. I feel this was the best move I have had and I move at least once every five months.

They were very helpful during the entire move process. All of the employees were punctual and it was a great move. The movers were very helpful and were flexible with the address change on where to drop off my goods.

I was very impressed with the service and all the employees, the delivery guys, the crew. They were all wonderful.

It's because the company is good and the crew is good for Allied. I can't find where the charger went and I would like that. The loaders were excellent because they took their time loading everything and the rep that communicated everything would always get to us.

The person who estimated my move and the driver who took care of us on both ends really impressed me. The drivers were early for our move.

I think the crew that packed and unloaded was prompt and did a great job. I was impressed with the planning ahead of the move. The was communicated with through out the process. I was pretty impressed with the crew.

We were really impressed from start to finish, every time we sent a email they responded very fast. The move was great.

Moving is a stressful event but the crew was very careful w/ my furniture. They wrapped it w/ quilts and was careful w/ my mirrors. They were just careful. The crew was very friendly, kind, and very funny. They were very strong. I couldn't ask for better service and was very happy about everything. They didn't steal anything and they were careful.

Professionalism. Chester and Nate was great guys and worked well together, they were also very professional. The service was exceptional.

Margret, which is who coordinated my move and the driver who actually did the move, and they were amazing they were the main reason I chose Allied, they made my move better than I expected. I was extremely satisfied with the coordinator margret, and the driver who did my move, I was told by several people not to choose Allied but after talking to margret I decided to chose Allied.

Everything went smooth. The guys were helpful and considerate. The contractor called to see about things.

It was the driver Cesar and his crew, they are a terrific group. I would request them again for another move.

We had a great driver. He was extremely courteous, timely, and answered our questions. We felt comfortable with him.

The way they handled everything and the movers were also courteous. We're very happy with everything.

It was the best move that we made. The ppl that came out, the packers were excellent, and overall I would recommend it. They tried to get everything on one truck. They had things outside. They unloaded the wrong things out the boxes. The packers packed the boxes and tried to put more things in.

The overall experience, in fact 5 isn't high enough all the way around. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Allied Van Lines I can't stress that enough.

The entire move was on time. Everyone was courteous and professional. The driver did a great job coordinating the packing, loading and the delivery.

The agents were personable, professional, and the rep came to my house and looked at what I had and made a realistic estimate.

The service was great. My items were already in storage. So it was like 50% because the other part was already half way done.

They did a pretty good job they were efficient, They took all the cords, it was a little difficult putting them back together they didn't keep the cords together, that was the only issue I had.

I was extremely satisfied and pleased. They were efficient, accommodating, polite and very good at what they did.

The attention to detail and care in which the driver and crew showed. It was an overall pleasant experience.

Dealing with Mary and how she explained things to me and answered our questions. They did a good job.

We used Allied before and it was the only company I called. We were satisfied w/the how we recv everything in 1 piece.

My overall satisfaction. Allied moved me out to Los Vegas and back to Baton Rouge. We have used them for different things. I have always been satisfied. I have antique marble top dresser. They were taken apart. They were not reassembled.

We were kept in the loop from the time of the original agreement was made to the pick up and the final process. The coordinator kept us updated and did an excellent job.

I received everything when I was told I would. There was a lot to pack up and they managed to pull it off.

The crew that loaded my belongings, I was very impressed with them. They loaded it and covered it. Some of the boxes were upside down and bent, a little rough on the handling. I found a couple of items mishandled
