The people and the service were good. They were friendly, and showed concerned about what gets packed and what doesn't. When we had some concerns, they took care of it.

Overall I cannot find any fault with anything that Allied did. The driver was extremely polite and my son in law took the packages when he got there. He told me the guy could not have been any better, and that he did an excellent job.

I thought that they were very respectful, friendly and communicated. I didn't have to wonder. I had contact numbers. They put things where I wanted. It was fantastic. They went above and beyond.

The liability and transparent of how often I was able to contact them and how reliable they were in handling my needs.

Everyone who came to pack & load was wonderful. Even during delivery they were wonderful. I would give them all a "5",they were great.

The care they took with my stuff. The move was based on weight I was not shown the weight, have no way to verify.

The care and the attention, and the overall extreme effort to take care of our furniture. It was a very tight delivery, and we were very impressed how careful the movers were, we are very satisfied.

Everybody that I talked with, everyone that came, the driver and the crews were very professional, nice and courteous. American House holds made the arrangement & I was very satisfied with the experience with them. We were very happy & we had a really good experience. Don't put my address on Facebook.

The move was essentially effortless, on schedule and no negative surprises so far. They were very professional.

The reps were polite, professional and nice. The reps showed care in handling the items. I would recommend the team. My items have not been delivered yet. My items well be delivered after the 28th of March.

The communication, and the care of the crew and they are very professional and on time and finished things very quickly.

The gentleman that delivered, coordinated and the two gentleman that picked up the items I like their service from my move.

I just can't say enough about the driver. He was kind, wonderful, and he worked with me given that I had a limited time to prepare. I never got a delivery date.

We were very happy w/ move. We were not satisfied w/ the guys who unpacked. They told us that someone would be coming to pick up those boxes but they didn't. We were told by the guys that came the second day that the boxes would be picked up. I called them to take make sure & I was told it wasn't in the contract. I believe we were misled.

Everything was perfect, there was no flaws. The crew came, picked up and delivered everything. They did a great job.

Allied's moving crew was very impressive and professional. They did a fantastic job. Allied's staff was very friendly, efficient, and they all had very good attitudes. They really wanted to work.

This was a great move from start to finish. The packers were hard working & did a great job. The movers were polite & well organized. The movers were careful with brining our goods in our new home. We had the same guys for the delivery of our goods. They were very accommodating & even hooked up our big screen TV They were smiling the entire time. It was a great experience.

The move went really sweet, the crew was so sociable, they were consistent in contacting me & throughout the entire move they made me feel like I was the only person.

I wouldn't rate it a 10 because of the high cost, however, the company has great quality! I also don't know if I would recommend because I don't know about my friends budget. The whole experience was exactly what we wanted and I am glad we chose Allied and it was worth the cost.

The care and accuracy of both coordination w/ the pick up and del w/ the crew and driver. I'm missing an item & I would like for someone to call me back.

I have used Allied before and the driver has always been nice. They did what they promised every time.

It was the first time I ever moved and everything went smooth. They were so quick and everything was in good shape.

The person that I dealt with dealing with the coordinating was great, her name was Linda Mitchell. Everything went very smoothly and perfect.

They were very helpful, friendly and efficient. They were very professional. Although they arrived on time, it took them an hour to start b/c of the size of the original truck.

There were scratches on my car from Dependable Auto Shippers. I have not had my delivery completed yet. I would like the same crew who loaded my items to complete my delivery.

Everybody was very nice. Nicole, the agent who came out to look at the items was nice. Nick and his wife and crew was very pleasant. They did an awesome job. They were really awesome. Nick and his crew was very good.

The promptness and treatment I experienced during my move satisfied me. Everything was delivered and taken care of as promised.

I called a lot of moving companies and they were the only ones who where coming down to Calumet. I asked them to call my son to make an appointments that they can load my things and they did not call my son. I was lucky that my son was there when they came.

The overall experience was great. Steve, the delivery driver, did a wonderful job and because of the service I received. I have recommended this service to my friend.

The level of service the reps showed, Marco the driver, Ben, Veronica and Alex was very out going, very good job. Allied was very informative.

The overall experience from the initial agent who was good and professional to the driver who had some issues. The driver should've spent more time ensuring proper care, that would've helped.

I had a move in 1997 and it went fine so we called them again. The driver was super. He had to unload the items from a van and then load them to his 18 wheeler. There should have been more communication from the rep to the driver.

I've had Allied Van Lines three times in three years. They are super, and have helped us in many ways. They were efficient and polite. They took very good care of our furniture. Sam was outstanding.

The rep who gave me the quote Susan was great. the crew was amazing and nice. The move was done within 24 hours. I got a follow up call. Everybody in the whole process was wonderful.

The whole experience. Ruth Hall was extremely professional, and my driver Lonnie took great care of my stuff and kept me well informed. They were awesome.

The hansom brothers; they really worked hard to accommodate. The floor lamp was stacked on the top of the boxes and began to fall; before it did the delivery guy caught it. He got a nasty gash from doing this and I felt really bad about it.

The experience. The crew was very thorough, careful and methodical. They were nice to my 4 year old son. I would love the same crew again. They were very professional.

Everything else was great,the only concern was with the piano.I would have liked it if Allied would have asked me where I wanted my piano because I wanted it on the second floor. They were very efficient. The packing, loading and delivery was efficient and they are very honest and thoughtful. They found two of my boxes after they left and they brought them back.

My companny paid for the service. I dont know the actual cost of the service so I would not be too quick to recommend.

Overall satisfaction. I didn't ask for any special services but they took our beds apart and put them back together. That was great.

The person that coordinated the move was extremely helpful and I would like to say thank you to her. The coordinator's name was Wendy Jezior and she did wonderful job for me.

The price. I think if I did this again I think I can find lower price. There was a weight ticket I'm not sure where it is. In order for me to get reimbursed I would have to have the weight ticket. They never mentioned anything.
