They were right on time, the packing, and they finished early. During the loading process, they finished early also. They were here bright and early in the morning. Lee was extremely helpful. The experience was outstanding.

The overall move, the agent I first spoke with, the agent from Rose Movers; movers and packers were awesome and I was pleased with the drivers, they were extremely nice people.

The sincerity of the movers influenced my rating. The movers explained everything that they were doing. The movers made good judgment calls, and the movers took care of our needs. We have never moved before, but we would definitely recommend Allied Van Lines because we were very impressed with the movers.

It was professionally handled from top to bottom and the guys took care of their of business. They were friendly and conscientious.

This is my 3rd move in 2 yrs. We moved from Michigan to Salk Lake so we decided to use Allied. The way they treated our goods and the on time delivery was good.

The moving coordinator was very helpful. Her name was Christie. She checked in regularly. The driver & his crew did a good job. They were professional. It was effortless & comfortable for my family.

I heard the name before when I was looking at the rates. I was moving my stuff across country. Everything was excellent. The driver was great. The team was quick. I was surprised that they got here that quick. I was satisfied.

I gave that rating because of the communication was great and the over all service was excellent. I would also like to say Debbie from Olympian Moving company was very helpful.

I have still not received my mother's electric wheelchair which she desperately needs. One item was left on the truck, it was my mothers electric wheelchair. We still have not received it yet.

I told a rep that I was extremely pleased. I felt that I was kept in the loop. The communication from them was better than I got from other movers. My email won't be up & running until the middle of next week.

The people were nice to me and they took care of my items. They were on time and were willing to work with me.

I used the same crew 2 times they are professional and they are reliable, overall it was a positive experience.

The driver was really nice and everyone was helpful. I couldn't get there on time and they were accommodating. There was one thing left on the truck that got overlooked and it was delivered yesterday. When they were unloading here, I felt as if there should have been another crew member. It was fine overall.

My interaction with Thena, was exceptional.They misplaced one of my TV stands and ordered me a new one and reimbursed me for it, the check will come tomorrow I was satisfied with their attention, some stuff went to the location but I will still give them a 5 because it was complicated.

They have a good reputation & the service was good. We may have used them in our move from NY to NC several years ago.

The move was great and it was seamless. Allied picked up and delivered my goods well. Everything was good from start to finish.

I used Allied Van Lines four years ago, and I had tremendous service, so I decided to call them back.

How nice and good he was w/ everything he was doing. The same with the girl who coordinated everything. EXCELLENT MOVE.

I was happy with how smoothly the overall move went. The driver went above and beyond the call of duty. His name was Frank and he treated my move as if it was his own.

You are 1 for 3 on my moves. The last two have been excellent. The last two have been tens. The one before that was a five.

The overall care for my move. The rep from the office was extremely helpful. The rep that came to inspect everything was awesome as well.

The 2 people that showed up to do the move, Ken Ernie Lebrun. They were really good ppl and he's glad about the service, the people that came to the house he think was sent by good and the people that were there cared so much about it and the names were ken

Everyone was pleasant. The crew was careful. Julie was nice and everyone kept me informed. The crew made sure my items did not get wet.

Everything was extremely well done. Everyone was excellent and there is no reason why I would tell someone not to use Allied Van Lines.

Overall everything went well. The speed and the communication was good and so was the driver and his crew. Also they did a good job at packing some of my artwork.

Everything went perfectly. We didn't have any issues what so ever. We were kind of paranoid because we had never done anything like this before.

The communication & how everything was explained in detail. My overall experience has been excellent. They're very responsive to any changes that I had to make, which was quite a few. The tm did a great job and asked for input to make sure I was ok w/everything. I haven't recv my del yet, due to some changes I had to make. Allied has been great and very responsive to my needs.

The driver James he was very pleasant, professional and he did a great job at coaching the crew on how to load the truck. I never knew that moving was a art and they did a great job.

The local person did a nice job coordinating the move. They made a connection with the consumer. The drivers were professional and efficient.

The movers were good, helpful and respectful. The driver was good. This was the best move out of about 7 major moves that I have had.

The overall process from the person that came to my house to tell me about the move and Rob Stone was a very helpful driver. He kept calling me to let me know what was going on.

The timeframe for the loading and the delivery. The loading was two days late but everything worked out.

I would not use any other company but this company, there is no other company better then this one, they move the government and all the big companies.

I like the first person who contacted me to set up the move. The driver was very courteous, along with the crew. Allied did an excellent job.

The reps were polite, professional and nice. The reps showed care in handling the items. I would recommend the team. My items have not been delivered yet. My items well be delivered after the 28th of March.

They were extremely courteous. The movers and the driver were extremely nice and polite and they showed me a great deal of respect for me and my home.

They were great and work diligently for the whole day. The driver had to come two days to complete the moving process. The driver didn't come in a uniform but they did have on t-shirts.

The overall experience. Communication was excellent and the pricing was good. The overall process was stress free and painless.

The crew was on time and they said they were going to be there when they said they would. They were efficient. It took them about two hours to unload the truck. They were cooperative.

Everybody we contacted for quotes, you were the only company that responded. A lot of them called the day we were moving.

I wouldn't recommend it to family or friends theycould use a cheaper rate. For collegues, I wouldsuggest.

They're just good people. They kept me informed and did everything they said they'd do. No hassle and they were there to help.

It took them 2 full days to pack and another half day to load it, took a day to unload and they were very helpful.

The overall experience from beginning to end. I knew what was going on and they were very careful. The driver was great. I was told I would have to wait a week for my furniture, and it came 2 days after I moved in. I was kept informed about when they would come.

The professionalism with which I was treated. The staff. I was told by Allied it was going to be delivered from the 10th-15th and I got it on 9th and I was thrilled.

I think that Neil was good. Dennis and his team were excellent in every way. Neil and Dennis were both courteous, careful, and caring. I felt like they cared about me, my wife, and our needs.

From the beginning to end they were efficient. It was mostly the crew, they were just super, and worked really hard. They asked me where things needed to go and they would place it there.

Everything from the guy who visited the 1st time to how everything was coordinated in the office. Everybody showed up when they were supposed to & everything went smooth. I am very very happy with the move. I am very likely to use Allied Van Lines again b/c this is only a temporary move.

I had a very good experience with all of the people including Matt, he was professional and on time. The whole process was very good.

I had a move in 1997 and it went fine so we called them again. The driver was super. He had to unload the items from a van and then load them to his 18 wheeler. There should have been more communication from the rep to the driver.

Everything from the time I connected them to del. They were professional and did what they said they would do. They did a great job.

The del tm was outstanding and everything was in good condition. The del tm was very professional, nice and prompt.

The driver and the driver's assistant and the booking staff: which would be Tom and Lucilia, "Lucy" and a definite plus to the driver. If I ever move again, I would like it with him. The driver and his helper did most of the unloading at the location, as the helpers they had were not that good. The crew that helped load was good, but those unloading were not good at all.

The ability to deliver in a time period that I needed. It was a short turn around time when working with them. They were willing to wait for me to get back in my home after being locked out.

The driver, Jason was very punctual. he notified us when the del would take place. He was friendly and polite. He was very professional and I was extremely impressed.

I thought Allied was professional, everything got here safe & our fragile items got here safe. The packers packed several different cabinets in one box instead of making it organized for me.

It was a lot of care put into everything. They were accommodating. It was good. It was packed neatly.

The driver from Syracuse was amazing. The Berg Moving Company was excellent too. My things were sent to Origin Storage. The driver was wonderful.

The whole thing went smooth and was organized from the beginning. What the crew did pack, they did good.

The time they promised, they delivered when they promised, and the cost stayed the same and we are using them again.

I had an excellent experience with them. If you have that in this day and age you will recommend it. They did an excellent job. The driver was a very able nice man who really cares about doing a good job.

Flexibility, the price was lower than Mayflower. Allied was accommodating. Mayflower said everything had to go in a box, Allied allowed things to go as is. They were accommodating and flexible. They gave a two day window, I wanted the first day and Allied accommodated us.

The overall experience & the driver his name was Danny, everyone who worked with Allied on my move was great.

The knowledge and friendliness of the rep really put my wife and I at ease with the move. We felt comfortable and was satisfied with the experience.

I felt very confident that the company would handle my items safely and the confidence displayed by Chris at Allied also influenced my rating. I called the company to tell them some things, I basically confirmed delivery time myself.

There was nothing wrong other than communication. They did not let me know that they were not going to delivered on the promise date. They were late on the delivery by one day.

Everybody was great! Wendy, my coordinator was very informative and professional and I must say so was everyone I worked with.

The professionalism of the crew influenced my rating. They told me exactly what would be done. They took the time to document all of my items. I was very impressed. There was a follow-up in the middle of the move.
